"A few short weeks ago, I was the anxious owner of an old beater I knew I had to replace. Anxious because I knew I lacked the aptitude and skills set to do so. I'm now the contented owner of a gently used E280, thanks to your expertise and patience and persistence. Patience in helping me identify what I did and did not want; persistence in taking me for umpteen (rounded off number) test drives so I got the real-time feel of what suited. All this with 1st class service, including picking me up at my front door and safe return and dealing with pleasant and personable folk throughout. I just wanted to thank you again. Thanks again!"
